Talk with Character

Talk with character

Discussion formats of a different kind

A panel discussion with historical and fictional personalities that give you a different perspective on problems and unusual solutions? Do you prefer a speed talk format in which even the most quarrelsome discussants have to work together? Or how about a discussion betting office? The stakes: your time.

You can bet on it

Do you think you know your neighborhood? Do you know what makes your neighbors, colleagues or students tick?

About the project
As part of this interactive board game, we will put your assessment to the test. We interview residents, students or employees of your company in advance, test their reactions in small experimental setups, evaluate them and let you bet during our game on what the answers and reactions will be. In special game rounds, we also send our live scouts into the city for interviews and stream them live on stage via video. Are the residents of your neighborhood helpful? How many smile back when you smile at them? How do the respondents rate themselves and their society?

Your commitment? Your commitment! Set between 5 and 45 minutes of your time in which you make one of your own skills available and gain the skills of other players.

About the project
A 1:1 format that gives a discussion about complex topics a playful level: By embodying well-known real and fictional people, we involve participants in a detailed and entertaining dialogue. The "Talk with Character" format gives discussion participants the opportunity to speak personally with well-known personalities such as Eleanor Roosevelt, Kemal Atatürk, Pippi Longstocking or even the EU about current topics. Anyone who dares to discuss the financial transaction tax with Steve Jobs or human rights with Cersei Lannister will be rewarded with unusual perspectives.

Talk it out loud

Pro vs. Contra! The guests at your event couldn't be more different? Their positions aren't more contradictory, their opinions aren't more entrenched. Is argument inevitable? Challenge accepted. A talk format with more "for" than "against".

10% problem analysis - 90% finding a solution
For the first time, we implemented a special talk concept as part of a panel discussion with representatives from Greenpeace and industrial agriculture. Instead of a classic panel discussion with stress questions, we divided the discussants and the audience into five discussion islands. In several rounds of the game, the participants had to identify the problems of the other side, identify common problems and look for common solutions.
